Who we are

This website, cilinix.com, is operated by Cilinix, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 85165964). Contact: cilinixfxcapital@gmail.com. Cilinix is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website.

What this website collects

This website does not have accounts, contact forms, newsletters or comment sections, and it does not ask you for personal information. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which sections they read. This tool is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not store personal data and does not track you across websites. It records aggregated information such as page views, referring website, country, device type and browser. No consent banner is required for this kind of measurement.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. This data is processed under Vercel's own privacy policy and is retained only for as long as needed for security and operations.

Payments and membership

When you click a "Join" button you leave this website and are taken to Whop (Whop Inc.), which handles checkout, payment processing, subscriptions and delivery of member access. Any personal or payment data you provide there is processed by Whop and its payment providers under Whop's privacy policy. Cilinix receives from Whop only the information needed to provide your membership (for example your Whop username, your Discord or Telegram username and your subscription status). We do not receive or store your card details.

Community platforms

Membership access is provided through Discord and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Anything you post in the community is visible to other members.

External links

This site links to YouTube, X, Whop, exchanges and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Because this website itself collects almost nothing, most requests will concern membership data held via Whop, Discord or Telegram; we will help you with those where we can. To exercise your rights, email cilinixfxcapital@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
